- Born Sia Kate Isobelle Furler on Dec. 18, 1975, in Adelaide, Australia
- As a performing artist, Sia's breakthrough came for the Top 10 hit "Chandelier" in 2014, a track from her No. 1 album, 1000 Forms Of Fear. She earned her first Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 with "Cheap Thrills" featuring Sean Paul in 2016.
- Sia earned her first career GRAMMY nomination for 2012 for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for "Wild Ones" with Flo Rida. She made her GRAMMY stage debut at the 57th GRAMMY Awards in 2015 with a performance of "Chandelier" that featured dancing by Kristen Wiig and Maddie Ziegler.
- Sia is a skilled songwriter, penning hits for artists such as Beyoncé, Rihanna and Katy Perry to Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue and Ne-Yo. Sia reportedly co-wrote Rihanna's "Diamonds" in 14 minutes.
