Fleetwood Mac fans now have the chance to own a piece of musical history while supporting a charitable cause.
Christine McVie, the late GRAMMY-winning keyboardist, vocalist, and songwriter for Fleetwood Mac, is being honored with an auction benefiting MusiCares. The "Property From The Life and Career of Christine McVie" auction will feature over 650 personal items, including stage-played instruments, tour-worn clothing, awards, and memorabilia.
This auction, organized by Julien’s Auctions, will culminate in a two-day live event at Nashville's Musicians Hall of Fame & Museum on Oct. 16-17. Proceeds from the sale will directly support MusiCares, continuing McVie's legacy of giving back to the music community.
The collection includes iconic items like McVie’s Hammond XK-5 organ used during Fleetwood Mac tours, her MusiCares Person of the Year Award, and a 21x Platinum sales award for "Rumours." Fans can bid online, by phone, or in person at the event.
