The GRAMMY Foundation has announced the schedule for its 2010 GRAMMY Career Day events. GRAMMY Career Day is a national program presented by the Gibson Foundation under the GRAMMY Foundation's GRAMMY in the Schools banner that brings top music industry professionals together with high school students to present an insider's perspective on working in the music and recording industries. This extraordinary program, now in its 22nd year, kicked off Jan. 13 in San Francisco. The program will continue throughout the school year with events in eight cities across the United States including Atlanta; Los Angeles; Memphis; Miami; Nashville; New York; San Antonio, Texas; and Seattle. GRAMMY Career Day is presented free of charge. In addition, the Ford Motor Company Fund will generously provide additional funding for GRAMMY Career Day events in Atlanta, San Antonio and Seattle.
