The Recording Academy’s GRAMMY House experience is going global.
In October 2026, the Academy will launch GRAMMY House Giza, a multi-day event set against the Great Pyramids that will gather artists, producers, songwriters, and music leaders from around the world. The immersive experience will feature live performances, cultural exchanges, and educational programming designed to celebrate creativity and strengthen connections across the global music community.
Previous GRAMMY House events in Los Angeles and New York included live performances, artist panels, and creative workshops that brought fans and music professionals together in one space. Now, the Academy is taking the experience global — with the Giza edition marking its first international expansion.
The news was revealed during a celebration at the Great Pyramids of Giza, which honored Egypt’s musical heritage through performances by acclaimed composer Omar Khairat and pop star Carole Samaha.
Building The Future Of GRAMMY House Worldwide
The Recording Academy’s upcoming GRAMMY House Giza event is being produced in partnership with Taitan Capital Japan and Global Entertainment Holdings, the Academy’s official collaborators for the 2026 activation. Leaders from all three organizations gathered at the Great Pyramids to unveil the partnership, marking a major step in bringing the GRAMMY House experience to a new region.
The announcement reflects the Academy’s continued commitment to fostering international collaboration and cultural exchange within the music industry.
"It is a thrill to expand the GRAMMY House experience globally, and to see it come to life at one of the world’s most iconic locations," said Harvey Mason Jr., CEO of the Recording Academy. "GRAMMY House Giza represents the spirit of the Recording Academy’s vision to amplify music people worldwide and create meaningful gathering places for our entire music community. Next year’s event will be a beacon of collaboration, discovery and inspiration, and will continue to connect us to the creators, innovators, and fans who are shifting and shaping culture."
GRAMMY House Giza marks the next step in the Recording Academy’s global expansion initiative, first announced in 2024. That global mission has now come to fruition as the Academy expands into Africa and the Middle East — a move that aligns with the music industry’s growing international reach.
With music communities emerging across the world, including the thriving creative scene throughout the Middle East and North Africa, the Academy’s expansion into this region is a natural progression of its work to celebrate and support creators everywhere.
