On March 4, the Texas Chapter along with the GRAMMY Foundation hosted a GRAMMY SoundChecks with Jive Records recording artist Justin Timberlake during his FutureSex/LoveSounds tour.
Ten students from Houston's High School for Performing and Visual Arts, a former GRAMMY Signature School, were excited to tour backstage, witness a sound check and participate in a question-and-answer session with the megastar. Timberlake answered their career-related questions and made time for a quick photo opportunity. The students were all invited to stay and attend the concert, which was a welcome and much appreciated treat for all.
