On "Preciosa," Cuban worship singer Johnny Rez turns his back on earthly desires. Through the presence of God, Rez recognizes he has enough for eternal fulfillment.

"How precious is your presence/ You are everything I need/ Nowhere else I'd rather be," Rez declares in the track's chorus.

In this episode of Positive Vibes Only, Rez performs a version of "Preciosa" that fuses English, Spanish and Portuguese. Rez uses soft, falsetto tonation to evoke a sense of intimacy with God before growing more confident into the song's climax, proudly belting his praises.

As detailed on his website, Rez began his worship journey in 2010 after a battle with addiction that eventually led to a house arrest sentence. Today, he's found freedom and passion within music thanks to his strong relationship with God.

Since then, Rez has cultivated a fertile career in music, appearing on 'The Voice' and 'American Idol' and performing alongside Demi Lovato, Tye Tribbett, and Ricky Martin. Rez released "Preciosa" alongside "Tu Bondad," another proclamation of the strength he's received through his faith.
