Few regions have shaped Latin music as profoundly as Andalusia. From the raw power of flamenco to the chart-topping influence of artists like Alejandro Sanz and India Martínez, the sounds and styles of Andalusia have crossed borders and generations. On Wednesday, Sept. 10, the Latin Recording Academy will return to Seville, Spain, to honor the musical legacy of Andalusia with Latin GRAMMY Celebra: La Música de Andalucía, a sweeping live tribute honoring the region’s most influential musical artists.

Taking place at the Cartuja Center CITE, the event will feature more than 30 artists on stage, including special appearances by contemporary artists like David Bisbal, Manuel Carrasco, Vanesa Martín, India Martínez, and more guests to be announced. Spanning centuries of creativity and innovation, the event will showcase a wide spectrum of styles and celebrate the diversity of genres from Andalusia, from traditional flamenco to contemporary Latin pop, while spotlighting the region’s enduring influence on global music. Alongside the performers, the event will honor foundational figures such as Rocío Jurado, Lola Flores, Camarón de la Isla, and Enrique Morente, as well as beloved icons like Raphael, Joaquín Sabina, Alejandro Sanz, Manuel Alejandro, and Miguel Ríos.

Tickets for Latin GRAMMY Celebra: La Música de Andalucía are available now at cartujacenter.com.

Proceeds from the event will support musical development efforts across Andalusia.

"We are proud to return to [Seville] to honor [Andalusia's] musical legacy and the extraordinary artists who have emerged from this land, whose influence has been pivotal in the global impact of Latin music," Latin Recording Academy CEO Manuel Abud said in a statement.

Latin GRAMMY Celebra: La Música de Andalucía continues the Latin Recording Academy's and la Junta de Andalucía's ongoing collaborative celebration of Latin music and events in the Andalusian community, which began in 2023. Past events include the Latin GRAMMY Celebra: Paco de Lucía event in Cádiz and the Latin GRAMMY Session in Málaga, both of which took place in 2024.

Latin GRAMMY Celebra: La Música de Andalucía is presented in collaboration with la Junta de Andalucía, co-financed by the Programa FEDER Andalucía 2021-2027, and sponsored by the Iberian ham brand Enrique Tomás. Macarena Moreno and the team from the Latin Recording Academy, led by Ayleen Figueras, will oversee executive production of the event; Carlos Narea will handle musical production under the direction of Pablo Cebrián.
