On Oct. 13 the Texas Chapter and the GRAMMY Foundation provided students from the Brownsville Independent School District and the University of Texas at Brownsville with the unique opportunity to experience a special question-and-answer discussion with Jimmy Bosch at the Brownsville Latin Jazz Festival.
