Wolfgang's Vault Buys Paste
Live music archive Wolfgang's Vault has acquired online publication Paste and will relaunch a digital version of the music magazine in March to coincide with the South by Southwest music, film and interactive conference. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. "We have been fans of Paste for a long time and are thrilled to bring their leadership, brand and valuable content and audience into our family," said Wolfgang's Vault CEO Bill Sagan. In September 2010 Paste announced the discontinuation of the print version of its magazine. (1/26)
